Plus at some point you are going to have to realize a customer is a customer regardless of age. It all comes down to moving your money into my pocket. Do you think I care how old you while I take your money? Nope.

Really? It is called customer service. The company sold a product and should stand behind it. If they don't want to support the product, then quit selling it. Of course they lose a butt load of easy income. Also, if you stop selling the product and make all those customers go wireless, then you will lose even more income because a significant number of those customers will choose a lower cost provider than Verizon.
