Thread regarding Wells Fargo & Co. layoffs

I was lucky enough to leave

Left Wells last month from NY offices. Morale was low all around...I was lucky enough to leave and not sit around waiting for the hammer to drop. I lasted 6 years there and expected to stay possibly my whole career (that’s how much I liked being there). Until Sloan, Shrewsberry and the other “executive” id--ts leave, the company will continue to go backwards, (Still baffles me how Sloan got the CEO job when he was the boss of Carrie Tolstedt) Apart from them, the majority who are there are good hard working folks. If your reading this, I wish you nothing but the best, keep your heads up! Life is short, don’t be afraid to find greener pastures, it’s out there you just have to look and keep trying.. Don’t stick around based on severances unless it’s truly worth it for you. They have changed all of those packages for the better of the company, so you will get only 2 weeks per year you are there. I hope one day the executives realize how to make customers and employees happy at the same time.. That’s not a hard concept and would make Wellsfargo the once thriving bank it once was..

D--k Kovacevich, John Stumpf, and Carrie Tolstedt are criminals.

WF has a lot of dark secrets as someone who worked in the san francisco office. Example, the people who worked in the Business Direct division in Community Banking and responsible for information security and risk management were not doing any work and falsifying legal documents, i.e., security plans and attesting they were correct when they weren't. All the while engaged in s-xual harassment and embezzlement of company monies if that doesn't turn your blood cold then nothing will because they were responsible for protecting the company's assets.

Put them all in prison.
