Going to have more restructuring of union employees in the spring of 2019. 273 is screwed and those dumb unskilled t rates most will be out the door. Our joke of a union will not save you. You are left to fend for your self. Good luck to all

OJZ, All those high quality workers from 20 years ago have since retired or are about to. All of the high quality workers who could be enticed by the bigger carrot that GE was waving back then have already been purged from the area. There is nothing left to bring in. Once the word got out about the "Big Money" GE was paying for any schmuck to show up, it started going down hill. We have overpaid machinists who do little more than push the green button. Now all we have is mostly a bunch of overpaid id--t who got in just in time for the Big Money, followed by the same mentality that gets less money because they missed the boast. It'll lead us to nothing but total failure. Welcome to GE's First Purge!!!
Can't wait to see the carnage caused by the latest Union hall debacle. After pushing through their latest scheme, the company will do exactly what they've planned all along and get rid of all the "C" band employees and flex everyone else trying to keep some skilled trades until (if) things turn around for Power. The fools that voted this in deserve everything they get!
We never had these issues 20 years ago. When the pay went down so did the quality of worker. Anyone can see that

maybe all those lazy, dumb**s union workers will finally get the message and do some work. when are you guys gonna realize that the union protects the weak and worthless and makes the talented employees complacent and lazy.
