In the 12+ months I've been reading posts (since my own lay-off from this ignominious company), there have been some very deep and insightful comments and analyses regarding the technologies and the business. But as we know, in the Oracle workplace, such clarity and honesty were never appreciated. In fact, it would put one on the lay-off list.
Thus, the empty and corrupted place - with really not much of a future - this company is.
Anyone with true talent should know this and move on to the next company for a job - and possibly a real career - that are meaningful.
