From what I can see, the offers were given out all across the board, the number of years didn't play as much of a role in it as we originally thought and speculated.
But if it wasn't the years, what was the main criteria them? What was the deciding factor in who gets the offer and who doesn't?
Not eligible include employees from Information Security, Network Security, Wireless, Verizon Connect, Oath employees, wireline associates, and non-U.S.-based employees are not eligible
Everyone can apply, not all applications are accepted. This is to reduce total headcount to support eventual selling of VZ Core assets, as they dont make money.
