OK, so you've got to respond by 11/17 for the VSP. Depending how that goes, any guesses for when a RIF might be if now enough people take it?

The next actual RIF (not voluntary) should not be until next year. But if they don't get enough volunteers, there will be RIFs next year for sure.
You can presume if they don't get enough volunteers that November will be the target date - Like it has been for the last few years
You need to respond by 11/10. You can change your mind by 11/17 and back out.
Why VDSI was not offered VSP? Is it coming.
