How many out there have been terminated or forced into leaving/retirement before severance?

Oh yeah, they made up a reason to torment me. They clearly have been targeting agents for elimination .
*1izs-really glad you did not wait for the door to hit you in _ss. You did not belong, glad you left voluntarily.
Ignore this clown ^
He's probably not even a State Farm Employee, nor has ever been. Either way he's just trolling for reaction. He knows damned well that the stuff he's spewing is ridiculous.
"YOU DON'T BELONG....". Bully comment! Sickening when people have mentioned almost committing s---c-de in this venue. That's leadership? I am so sorry folks!
1eeo. You lost! I ran too fast for the door to hit me. You're probably still in the devil's den. Another hypocrisy! Diversity and inclusion....."You don't fit in...". Tell the public your hypocrisy.

I really think it's funny to watch the leaders that have been married and divorced and those that have been married and divorced multiple times have to work in such a lousy environment. They know the situation is a total loss! It was fun to look them in the eyes and laugh as my a-- walked out with more money at a lower pay grade. It's all about time and the choices you make. Don't worry my dear associates, what you do to hurt someone will always come back around in due time. It is not our call rather our creators. 🤔
Telling people who think they are the problem does not provide a solution. Let people talk. Allow them to tell the truth. Telling people they are the problem causes more dissent. Don't ever think a company is ever too big to not fail. Internal and external customers have ultimate control. Freedom of choice is powerful.
Save your money and plan on retirement at agent 55 and then if you like your job then work until 62 or 65. I am tired of people complaining. Are part of the problem or solution?
Can you imagine how a manager can live with themselves treating employees like they do when 99% of them have not worked in the environment they are leading now. As a retiree, I am so ashamed and sorry for the folks who are working in a sweatshop environment that does not allow you to think nor give the customer the quality of service they expect. Just be assured, the internal customers are sharing this with the external customers. The best way to fight it is hit em hard in the pocketbook. At one time we were required to be the good neighbor off hours. Remember, the tide regularly ebbs and flows. ;-). Again, I am sorry to all our internal customers experiencing a horrible "learning environment!". It's not your fault! It is unethical leadership!
Me. I was assigned to a unit I was no way qualified for. I went to the manager as soon as I realized the 'mistake'. I kept getting 'well, try'. I kept trying. Might as well have told me to try to be an NBA player. What benefit was it to keep someone who couldn't serve the unit, and admitted it. I really wanted to contribute -- I'd worked there for 20+ years. I ended up on disability from extreme depression and attempted s---c-de. This was months before Tippy took over. I was 49.
Be careful. Anyone who has been with the company for a long time knows what they talk about is NOT as important as the cards they keep close. For example, image is not reality. Reality is actions. Talk is talk. Dismissing and not addressing the issue is action.
I used,to have a lot of respect for Farrington until someone brought up age, I have never seen him dismiss that question so quickly and it was obvious that the 12th floor is elimimating anyone who brings it up.
The question I have is how much longer age discrimination will be tolerated. Metrics, benefits, desk design are all designed for those who came out of college, if you have a child then, forget it, company wants to replace you for someone who is single and enjoys their headphones.
My Manager did the same to me going from 3-3 to a 2-2, said that was the max anyone was receiving based on current results and metric’s. I covered for multiple friends, did extra when I could and covered for my manager. Of course he was on his way out, I found out after a couple of months. I couldn’t even bring myself to continue, even with the Benefits, which were pretty good. I left and it was the best thing I did in my career. I arrive early to work now, work thur lunch and stay late as needed, I now work for a competitor, but I have to say its a completely different atmosphere and my Family is happy because I’m happy now. Not sure what happen over the last 6 years but I was glad to leave after 17 1/2 years
My associate! Know it is them who lie, have anger and hatred in their life. Most normal people do not find joy in hurting another.
I went from being a 3-3 employee to being a 2-1 employee amid accusations of things that my "manager" (and I use that term loosely) could not provide me a specific situation for, ie; "You treated a customer so poorly on the phone that another manager went to the section manager about it." When pressed, my "manager" could not tell me when, where or on what claim this allegedly occurred and I most certainly heard nothing about it until my review (my midseason review had been stellar). There were so many crazy accusations (with no specific incident to back them up) that I knew I stood no chance there. I already hated getting up every morning and going to work. I thought I was the only one until a teammate who I thought was the "golden child" told me that she cried in the parking lot every day before coming into the office. I decided that I wasn't going to make myself sick working a job I could have loved in a place I hated with a batshit crazy manager, so I walked.
Isn't that just a real good neighbor? "Why Wyatt, my hypocrisy only goes so far!". Doc Holiday.
Increase expectations to an unrealistic level and see who can stay. And if you don't make it at SF, don't take it personal. Turnover rates are showing nobody can. All being done to lower costs. Once you leave, you'll feel better.
Silly? Really? That's exactly what they do or inventory you till you crack. If you don't believe that, either you have no tenure or you're heavily under the influence.
It's happening. A lot of people are being reassigned into roles SF knows they can't do, with no training or support. So when the person can't "perform" the job..they're performanced managed until they leave.
