I ran onto this article online, and I got to admit it was a breath of fresh air for me. I know it's just one bookstore, and NYU is a place with big potential for business, but it was nice to read something positive about the company, unlike the things i usually read lately ( stores closing, poor customer services, layoffs, etc.). Maybe we haven't lost our touch for business, after all.

How nice for the staff that they remain NYU employees! I guess they may have some protection from the ax, unlike other locations. We will see, grasshopper.
Example of how what is done? Spend our own money to renovate a store and charge less for books? How profitable was the store?
