I work at a different insurance company. In the past if we had issues with a State Farm claim handler not responding to multiples calls or emails (or if they just plain didn't know how to do their job) we could request a transfer to a manager right away (one time we were told there was even a manager line in the State Farm claims phone directory)
Well for the last 6 months or so adjuster straight up refuse to ever let a call go to a manager. Doesn't matter if the adjuster has ignored 10 calls and voicemails. What the heck happened?
