Be careful. Manager recently divorced and scared, threw me under because of my age and years of service. Again watch what you say to others.
Your first mistake is thinking you're on a "team." You're not. you have a job, just like they do. You want more $$$ and security, as they do. Does this "team" share vacations, OT or bonuses? No they don't. Go to work, make as much honest $$$ as you can. Make no friends, but be polite. You are not on a team and never will be.

Teams, leaders, peers ? Who are you guys ?? Your certainly not the workers at AT&T .Iam guessing that you complainers are low level managers that know that your days are numbered. We the workers might be fat, ugly and bi-polar, but we lose our jobs on a seniority based level because we have a union bargained for contract.We dont keep our jobs based on the level of Brown-nosing you guys subscribe to ! I am Sorry to hear that.. Are you projecting your concerns on them as a leader or is your leadership making you all feel unhealthy pressure? If so that will cause teams to point fingers, one up each other, and compete like the are in a race instead of a team sport. 🤔
