Thread regarding Verizon Communications Inc. layoffs

@aor is this really a news worthy event? i mean the cuts happen so often that pretty much nobody who is not directly affected (employees and families) do not care. i am not truying to be a smartass here, just noting something that's sad and obvious

There is nothing in social media yet, this is so far the only reference to it - we'll see if an outlet picks this up
