We won’t any additional substantial changes until very late 2019 after all VSP plays out... Watch and see... Hunker down people.

The org will get defined, new execs will come in and sing the new song while they figure out who does what. Several months down the road the re-org will happen where they trim off the bottom portion of the teams to realize the cost savings associated with this Vz 2.0 alignment. The VSP is just the beginning.
That is what I am hoping but am curious why you say this. Today I though we hear Hans say that people would know who their "new" managers would be within a month.
