What do they do? I see a lot of nothing going on at night. Maybe the higher ups should just bring the hammer down on the slackers here on nights, clearly we can afford layoffs with the movie watching and book reading going on!

Save money, replace them with Amazon Echo Dots
If you can even find them on the fab floor. No one liked spending time in there all that much. Engineering at GF entails having a list of phone numbers and calling up a vendor when a problem needs to be solved.
