I agree, I hope Membership is almost over too! Praying for the day actually! Its so done, waste of payroll. Just waiting!!!!

I've learned this company nor the managers care anything about the associates. Its everyone for themselves. I dont remember ever working with such a group of back stabbing, cruel people. You could say brain washed folks. You Cannot trust the open door policy. It goes right back to all managers then you ultimately pay the price. I suppose it's the same in every store.
I am a MTL. Membership team should have been eliminated a long time ago. Hopefully it is almost over. All I have become is a runner for the new registers or COS. If there is anything out in the field it is a waste of time.

Non membership? What about membership team and desk associates?
Was told more self checkouts were going to be getting installed and looking into non membership clubs. With elimination of membership clubs will be goi g back to opening at 10 in turn elimanating night crew. Only night receiving will remain on nights. Stocking will be done from 4 am to 10:am and then zoning and trash after club opens. Night receiving will unload and slot freight. Forklift operators will be coming in at 3:30am to start dropping for morning stockers.

One thing mentioned on the call was that the club manager is allowed to schedule associates however they see fit based on the needs of the business.The mock schedule sent out was just an example.
