I left on my own back in March after nearly 18yrs. So glad I got out when I did. Damn near every coach/manager are backstabbing liars, only looking out for themselves. There are good jobs out there but you just have to look hard and make finding one basically a part-time job itself. I for one can't wait to see the day when Wal-Mart crumbles to the ground. Once again, F--- The Walton's!!!

If you are no longer with the company, why do you still come to this site? You must not be as happy as you claim if you still want to know what is going on. Get a life and really move on!
At least he would be making more money when asking do you want fries with that while you are working and thinking you are so important to the company and you look back and you have been there for 20 years and then they come and let you know they are no longer going to need your services but its nothing personal. Or you bought into that stupid a-- belt program that once everyone reached it they started eliminating positions because now everyone knows how to do it all and they wont be needing everyone back in those areas. You don't really think one of the worse companies to work for is going to pay that many people that much money an hour which they will be able to afford it because the future has been written and eventually all clubs will have no cashiers. As Walmart and Sams continue to cut jobs they are forgetting one thing they are eliminating the very people who shop at there stores and if you are a dumb **a-- and theres a bunch out there you will still go shop at those locations and then cry to someone how bad they are because you worked so hard for them but they still let you go. STOP SUPPORTING THAT COMPANY
they are either newbs or..they are s--- @#$es who genuinely believe they are important because they are buddies with some manager...HA !...when they get stabbed in the back they will boo hoo and not understand why they are getting p--ped on....and they are like a lazy worker I know who runs around saying they can't stand lazy people........
Good for you!! I did the same! Less stressful, more money and lots happier. The ones talking $hit are the newbies that have only been around a couple yrs tops. Just laugh, Pat them on the head and exit.
You just keep your head held high when asking if they want fries with that. Keep those chins up.
