More than any of the rest of the Humana b---s---, I HATE the hypocrisy. Working on the team engagement plan and somehow, all the poor management and chaos is put back on us to resolve. American healthcare issues are longterm and vast, but don't try to tell me that Bruce et al care about employees, members, the health of the nation, "simplicity", "Uniqueness", "Engagement", or anything other than their bonus. They don't.

I was affected in the last RIF. I cannot tell you how happy I am being away from Humana and always lies deceit and he Pockrus he. They say one thing to your face then another behind your back. Constantly changing requirements and goals in demands and percents till it’s totally unattainable.
Their expectations are totally unrealistic therefore no matter what you do you will never reach their expectations we were all replaceable. The day I got told I was going to be affected I saw my exact job in my exact location advertised. Now you tell me that’s not ironic and just downright unethical
No longer with HUM but wondering if those of you who were let go, did your manager comment on if they had been part of the decision making as to who would be the RIFed Associate? Also hearing managers were shocked as they thought this was already done for the year.
