Well in Puerto Rico we do have a ptc and a Human resources manager IN EVERY CLUB. I dont understand why US doesnt have a people manager. Here we received the news of the new system we will use to hire, award and evaluate our associates. The question is what will be the role of the people manager and ptc?!

No HR manager and our PTC position was eliminated last week along with receiving clerical, team lead, dock unloader and claims. $120 million dollar club.
Honey, where have you been? Those roles will be gone in the very near future. According to whomever purchased Workday for our company, you just aren't needed anymore.
