Laying people off prior to Sam’s share is bad business. These people worked their butts off for a bonus and then they get the boot, sad. Has anyone asked about this? Especially clubs expecting one.

They don’t care how long you worked into the year. That’s why they ended your job in December so they could keep the bonus money. They did the same thing to the accounting people last year. Greedy company. I hope karma bites them in the a--!!
Yeah ... why not pro-rate it . They are the ones that took our job away
Unfortunately to get the Sam's share you have to be on the payroll until January 31st

I've found that a persons work ethic usually doesn't change regardless of compensation.

Happened to us when our club closed. We all asked about it, and the answer was no
I totally agree. We are at around 2500. Atleast prorate it. I'll take 80% of that but I'll get zero.
