Woohoo! Always look after your well-being because CVS sure as hell doesn’t.
Well, let's see.... had to "remap" the store a few weeks ago although every aisle was correct except for the "new" catagory numbers for each dept.... now experiencing double loads. The writing is on the wall... you quit about the correct time.
Self esteem so low among employees they are scared to leave and allow themselves to be treated unfairly . You will probably notice underperforming peers loving the atmosphere that has been created. They will move forward after your eventual demise! You are valuable and other companies would love to have your talent ! Suggest you use I phone to record interactions . Fair treatment is not to much to ask!
This will rank as one of the best things you have done in your life!!! Never look back!
