I would definitely negotiate for that personal/sick time they have sat off to the side on your paystub while they revamped everything into PTO. Because that was, like PTO, time you ACCRUED. They shouldn't be able to take that away from you.

Take your childish self else where.. this is a platform to ask questions I believe. Sounds like they were asking a legitimate question. Sorry your so miserable..I hope you're squared away. Clearly you're not. Glad you don't work in our club. Have a nice miserable life.

It’s Company Policy ( Protocol) as you are entitled to Zero. Not much legal ground to stand on. No company owes you anything beyond hours worked sick/ PTO by state

Different in all 50. Good Luck negotiating. You’re just another childish Assiciate who believes you’re entitled.. News Flash legally you’re entitled to Sh--!

Hope that squares it for you.

Your severance package is based on your last 12 weeks of average hours at your base pay and how many years you have worked for the company.

Go for it then. Come back and tell us if they only giggled at you or full on belly laugh.

How do you know for sure? Have you tried? Is it on the wire? Are you a lawyer?

Absolutely Non negotiable. You accept it or you get nothing.

There is no negotiating. You take what they offer you or you don't.
