Is this going to be an interesting year as it relates to Pepsi Layoffs in 2019?

TaTa aka TCS. Poor work ethics, poor communication skills, poor people skills. Employees are payed on the very low end and demanded to do more than they are capable of. Paper Tigers - maybe have certs but no experience. The most skilled persons in TCS are their sales people.
What is Tata? Spin off?
It's a nightmare!! Get me outta here.
Get ride of the L1’s to L5 leadership that don’t know their a-- from a hole in the ground. Especially the admin the is being passed off as the CIO.....worthless
Tata = goodbye. In a sentence =
Tata employees, hope you find a new job.
@VT63V3Y-lrcv:. Tata = haha no matter how you capitalize it. Don't be such a boob.
Please -- It is Tata. Let's be more respectful and accurate even as we go through tough times. TaTa sounds silly.
Project Odyssey.....get ready kids.
TaTa will require some time to stabilize and Pepsi will be that overlap. Remember: when we went to Cognizant we rebadged employees so that Pepsi didn't lose a lot of knowledge. This time is much different as there is no rebadging.
I have not heard this but it would make sense. The question that I have is the timing as to when they would actually make this move. I don’t believe the TaTa change over has gone flawlessly to this point so I expect Pepsico to hang onto the 8’s and below for a little while to keep the wheels on the bus until TaTa has better control of the situation. Does anyone have anymore detail around the original question?
TaTa takes over Sustain in just a few days. I am hearing all 9s and below will not be needed. Anyone else hearing this?
