Ok so ive been interviiewed the hours the manager was not dure of even though i said i have a disabled child and you font rock their world. The only reason i took claims was because of the hours. Now if i fet chosen and the hours are crazy do i have to accept

Your hours will be switched up now. The only way I see you getting out of this without losing severance is 1. Keep your fingers crossed that she does not offer you that job through the computer system. You turn it down and you get no severance. 2. Go to her and ask her to please not offer it. Offer it to someone else.
Technically, until the formal job offer is put through in the system, it’s not considered an official job offer and shouldn’t make you forfeit your severance. (As long as your manager isn’t vindictive and decides to challenge your severance by saying you turned it down verbally).
If you are offered this position and you turn it down You are forfeiting your severance.
Are you talking about the carts position? Surely you are not the claims person typing an incoherent mess like that.
Why do you loose that when you asked that question in your interview
If you are offered the position you do not have to accept. However you will lose the option for your severence.
