Only thing I wanna know is who was the individual or individuals that decided to take sick hours away from their associates?? I mean it’s been awhile since it happend but you took away hours that people earned from not calling off, and then say it’s still there but you can’t use it for yourself??? I mean what kind id--tic plan is this? It’s things like these that make you believe they don’t care.

No that is true. You CAN NOT use it for yourself. It sounds ridiculous but its true.
Can only use it if a family member is sick ???? That doesnt even sound logical. You have some bad info because that simply isnt true. Maybe your PTC , doesnt know what they are doing cuz ours gets hours approved for " non family " wink wink, reasons
The only way you can use your sick bucket is if a family member is sick & you have used ALL of your other buckets/PTO. Even then you cannot use it if you get sick, only a family member!!! This is WRONG on so many levels! We earned that time by being a dedicated associates & this is the thanks we get. I am still confused @ how WALMART can get away with this.
Those hours are still there if something were to happen to you and you can still use them. You just cant take them with you or cash them out.
I would love to see a class action on this.....it burns me up that they took 192 sick and 16 personal hours from me....1st class scumbags!!

Not really id--tic, it stole hours from people and put money back in the companies bottom line. Scummy yes, but not id--tic.
