If/when it happens to me, I won't be hysterical and unprepared. I will understand that this is how business works. Also, if you are on this sight you've heard these rumors for 2 years, it's not that people didn't know it's that they didn't care or prepare.
Right nit wit... that’s the point rather than some innocuous insignificant Business move... Everything the Organization is doing wreaks human carnage on real people, and largely a formerly very loyal Associate Base .
Remember Managers are Associates as well
although that point is lost .Bottom line no one is immune. And WHEN it happens to YOU ... Not IF... it will become extremely Personal to YOU, and YOUR loved ones if you have them as Well!!
