The best I can tell anyone working for Walmart or Sam’s club is to start looking for other jobs. They are overhauling their business to benefit the shareholders. They are not people oriented like they use to be. It’s all bs and you can see by the recent layoffs of the Personnel team in Sam’s club. Don’t get comfy Walmart yours is next.
They want to beat Amazon so bad but are losing their talent to Amazon. Sure terminate or eliminate the people who dedicated their entire lives to their company and this is the thanks they get. Smh!! I am done with Walmart I have family and friends who gave their all and now regret it. Oh and department managers you’re next. Good luck!!
