It’s a slaughter house!! They are rounding up all the long term people and getting rid of them. They have lawyers that came up with a plan to do it with out getting sued. Believe what you want but eventually all long term people will be forced out. It’s a new generation and that’s who they want as associates. Good luck to all my 15+ years associates. The big shots are basically terminators and we are in their way. Hasta Lavista Baby!!!!

They’ve always preached that associate plus sign-ups don’t count anyways. Go to the desk and downgrade! It has worthless benefits anyways! Impacts the bottom line. As if it could get any worse. Upper management only cares about money, not you. I don’t even think banding together would help us all now.
this is going to be like one of those sci fi shows where a person is automatically terminated when they reach a certain age...and all you young workers cheering that long termers are being let go just remember that someday you will be a long termer

No be can seriously look at this insane Company a practice of constantly terrorizing and threatening their Managers and Associates with Visits , Work Force Reductions, these ridiculous tests they are using to destroy careers are completely unethical. Just the worse thing I truly believe in the industry. Get out while you can
All depending your.... they need to watch it, these new associates don’t want to work hard, always calling out, and no loyalty..... They will tell you this not not my real job
shocker, they want to get rid of people making 20+ an hour who do the same job as people making 11 an hour
