HON LT is so proud of their generosity. They've increased paid parental leave from 2 weeks to 4 weeks in the name of diversity. They've absorbed healthcare costs so it does not impact employees. And the CEO has proclaimed "I want Honeywell employees to be at Honeywell for life" while they are laying off hundreds of people! The CEO knew how insincere his statements were that he stuttered while saying it and could not look the audience in the eye when he mumbled these words!

They provide no Healthcare... They are self insured. You're to submit your health data and then they force you to lose weight or they charge you $500-$1000 if you don't. Healthcare is out of pocket.
Wait until the forced 10% people into elbow of nine block begins..... then there will be a lot of happy loyal employees
