The big problem with this company in my opinion, is that they make ALL decisions/changes 5 years after everyone doing the actual work brought the problem to their manager's attention. The company is a behemoth that slowly churns and grinds.No way on God's good earth can ATT compete with the leith game changing progressive companies that Randall has opted to compete against. Very sad for us !

Randy wants to create a company that consists of an executive bubble of highly paid clowns like himself and outside that bubble are contractors and off shore companies.
The time lag you mention is because they are forced in to acting not because they are just slow.
They are like hedge fund operators, taking a once viable company and dismantling it, part of the process includes getting rid of the employees who actually do the work but, heaven forbid, want a family living wage, decent benefits and job security.
