Were you given a reason as to why you can't apply for the new backroom position? No one will give me a reason, other than saying it's based on performance. Wouldn't that mean coachings? I don't have any on file.

I heard from our claims associate that the people affected by these layoffs will get first dibs on the new back room positions.
Company is a complete joke. If you stay, they will eventually screw you over. Horrible company.
At my club they're saying a forklift license is required for the position.

No one at our club is talking about it. It's like nothing happened to Claims or Receiving. There hasn't been talk, of any sort, concerning the positions being eliminated. Nothing, nada, zilch.
They have already decided what gets the job and/or we will post as required

Coachings or a review that was below solid performer. Also weight limits on the off chance you had a job adjustment previously
It’s based on your qualifications (work experience, certifications) and whether or not you have any active coachings.
