Instructions are to keep only the very best technicians for next year! Stores that are within 20 miles of each other will put their best tech names on a roster for keeping.
These techs will be assigned, the rest will go to the front to replace non liscense employees in the district. This gives the district a pool to pull from as call outs and people leave in the Rx! Non liscense employees will be let go or required to learn Rx ! This is why Rx training was pushed hard during 2018! If you did not take advantage and learn and learn, it is really to late! This includes managers also!

Thank you, many low level fs''s are clueless that this merger is not like all the others they have dealt with for past 10 to 25 years. Appreciate that someone finally laid it out for us low on totem pole.
