death by thousand paper cuts. Infinitely better if rip the bandaid off. But the bandaid is covering the carotid artery right now. So the latter is out. Once tech is up, that’s the bandaid coming off for human capital. You need to be a free agent. You will miss the boat when tech is established, and were in a recession. Just my two cents.

I have been with the company 30 years and have 6 weeks vacation and can't use the time off because they let too many people go. This place is getting beyond stupid.
