Seems like SM pay schedule is changing. Now we will get paid on the 15th and last business day of each month. Down from 26 paychecks to 24 per year. Why would they do this? This takes place in February 2019.

Managers will no longer be listed in my schedule or work brain ! They will just receive pay! Chances are more will come forward now that fault was admitted!
Issue settled in favor of store manager. Paid ot back pay for everything over 40 hours listed in My schedule plus 2 years of holiday pay that my schedule reflected they worked but was not listed in work brain. Punitive damages for listing manage as exempt employee when 90 percent of their job was labor related.
Can you be more specific about "pending arbitration case"?
To post @VLOwTe-xum,
What Company did you experience this at. No, I am not trying to find out who you are, just want to know what was done to the company, and how it was done for the Court to issue a half billion dollar fine. Thanks.
By the way, most major companies pay their salaried managers on the same type pay scale. Do your research before jumping to conclusions,
I’m a district leader and former SM and got the same via email today. Field management has been paid monthly but is now going to the same schedule already described. I don’t believe it’s a result of anything specific. For SMs, seems like no big deal. For field, it’s preferable.
My hub has dsd, store supplies, my schedule under info. It has to be regional. Where are you looking to see it?
They are removing managers from the production hours due to a pending arbitration! Exempt status manager must be separated from non exempt scheduling and on different pay schedules. The idea is to hide the records of managers working excessive ot and not being compensated. You will see demand hours go down ,where as now you are apart of demand and included in non exempt work! This happened before at a major company and they were fined half a billon ! Very smart and the best thing to do for the company.!
It's not regional, its in the informational tasks on hub.
Training store managers are salary, just different title and more responsibilities. SMITs are not salary, they are in training.
This must be regional, no hub task in NY.
It said that only Store managers and training store managers would be affected. Does that mean they’re going make train store manager salary again???
This is true ! I still say they have something in storage for the managers next year . It’s not going to be good
Hub task. Today.
