If youve been displaced, any views on Lee Hecht Harrison or Right Management for outplacement services? What has worked or been an issue?

If anything, they helped improve my resume.
I was displaced from another financial institution back in 2011, they offered Lee Hecht Harrison. It was a decent service, found it fairly helpful.
I’ve never been in that position, but if I was and if it was for free, I would have take it, but wouldn’t get my hopes up.
