The new attendance policy sounds ugly. A warning then coaching for going over scheduled hours on a day to day basis not for the week. Not one click over scheduled hours.

To the nay-sayers: if you really trust that walmart managers won't burn you in a second over this (or anything else), you're complete fools. That company hires and promotes based on manager's capacity to abuse employees.
There are people at my store with 20 points. Nobody has time to talk to every associate about wosh everyday. Fake news.

Oh, I absolutely believe it. Three years ago when I was still there it was already brewing. The worst part of this is the no-win scenarios it creates; you know management will be expecting you to stay over sometimes-----and I hope no one buys the b.s. of 'oh, dont worry, well fix the schedule for you.' Because when you get your write up it'll be 'what? I dont know what you're talking about, I never approved that'..
