is he aware about CAS? as of now no CEO will look or sound serious to me about fixing GE if he doesn't get rid of this,sh--. why we dont have a normal internal auditors instead of having this kids as SPBs and dumb Execs. he should change KPMG and fire all this auditors.

I have seen exactly two good "catches" by CAS in 11 years, balanced by endless hours of explaining processes every single quarter to a new crop of non-engineers wasting my time....
Cancer is indeed the word. Lots of people on the CAS program should be sent to jail. For cooking the books. Hiding s - - t under the rugs constantly. Just doing the opposite of what their mission should have been about. Welch created that monster. Send him to jail. With all the CFOs from 1990 to 2018.

I distinctly remember Jeff Immelt bragging that he has been working 100 hour week for 20 years...
I'm sorry to say to the one post bragging about the intelligent 100 hour plus CAS workers..... If you need to work 100 hours a week than you are not the smartest or the brightest.... Among other things you have no life... No time for what really matters and having difficulty doing your job in a reasonable amount of time...
the problem with all the programs is the kiss arse mentality that is pervasive in all corporate cultures. it is not those who are capable that rise but those who love to bend o er and drink the kool aid.
DTLP was great. It helped me land my current job at 25% pay hike.
There are some bad apples in every group. Don’t knock the entire program. I know some brilliant people in CAS. They know their stuff and work 100+ hours a week.
CAS indeed is a cancer that has badly sickened and is close to killing GE. They need to get rid of it and that DTLP program.
