Older workers are being targeted. Frankly, some are justified in the sense that these workers refuse to change, have no more enthusiasm, and the ones I know even said they just want to milk the routine by riding it out until they retire. Some are also good workers who want the volunteer retirement package. But the bigger issue here is the redundancy that gets uncovered when they reorg everything according to the vision 2020+ initiative. Obviousy, layoffs are looming.
