This plant went from the best place to work in Northern Ky to one of the worst. We have a TERRIBLE reputation in the area now and it shows in the quality of people we are hiring. SLB has completely ruin this place.
This facility used to be the envy of Northern KY manufacturing facility employees. What happened?
It is because managers have zero direction on what to do for the scores.
They are told to just improve them somehow.
If they are paying all this money to gallup, why does gallup not provide any data of what has worked to actually improve the engagement scores?
This whole engagement thing is a complete joke that HR just says to just say you are doing something.
