Some one is not being honest....moral is sh--....pay is sh--....unless you are in management....then you are just full of sh-- with good pay. The rest of us have to listen to mindless dribble about all the good stuff that never is funded and then the next new manager comes in and starts all over with all the sh-- that never worked before.
Burn the play book, listen employee's that are not part of HR or Management and actually give them a boost up. They are working for the pay check....they need dollars in the weekly check and some retirement benefits. Nobody gives a sh-- about long term benefits that we will get rifted out of before we can use them. PAY UP S---ERS.
