Does anyone have any advice on passing the teamlead test? I thought about doing it, but heard that the answers shouldn't be what you think is right. Basically I should think as a corporate drone. Thoughts?

When answering questions, the best answer is anything to do with communication ( like meeting to discuss the problems..or talking with other people . etc). Also read it as if you are already a supervisor. Be confident and answer strongly agree or strongly disagree. Don’t be afraid to sound confident. (For example answer that you are the best and most prepared, etc.)
Don’t do it... if you become a team lead, you might as well tie the rope yourself or lube up
same questions but worded different so read them carefully and answer them the same
Only 2 answers strongly agree or strongly disagree and other answer is like saying ur not sure , and not sure is not the correct answer,
In other words answer like the Dotard-In-Chief would.
In all honesty, if you cant answer the questions as "what would you do", but instead have to rethink what does the company want, you might not be ready.
Correct sir. Dont answer what you would do, answer what the company would do...Its a very easy test
