Aging systems, slow networks and archaic procedures equites to Inefficiencies, waste and poor customer experiences. The traditional retail model is clearly not working for the stores. Under staffing, on call employees and the lack of training is hurting the stores and the customer experiences we can provide. Look at all the store manager vacancies we had going into our busiest season of the year. This should be a clue to either the field...of how ignorant leadership is if these managers did not leave by choice...or to leadership that managers are fed up with the poor leadership and direction the company is heading. It’s funny how every line on the P&L is based on % of sales except the line going to pay overhead. Maybe better decisions would start being made if leadership was held to the same accountability that the rest of are. You too should lose your jobs for poor performance.

The future is bright. Innovations are coming together and all systems will improve. Just give it time. And if the server crashes or CT Web is still loading, just log a ticket... they'll get back to you (in a month).

Lol, you need a vacation or new job!!
3AM woke up in a cold sweat having that recurring nightmare. Someone took all my kcups and while I’m searching my rolling orange and white cabinet for change a maniacal laughter rings out, “Have a Follet-tastic Day, Have a Follett-tastic Day!”
We lost our jobs for great performance! Many of us lost our jobs because we performed well for many years. Management decided they didn't want to pay a premium for experience and proven performance. Many of us were abused out of a job without severance to boot.
They've made a bed, lined a roost, insert your cliché here. It should be instructive to anyone still working in that fecal parade, get out.
