Agree about the in-betweeners. Never take responsibility.
Agreed Aberdeen is a wonderful place with wonderful people, but the in-betweeners are pulling at our unique fabric caring little for the threads that knit us together. You can only darn a kilt so much before it gets really itchy.
Aberdeen is wonderful with wonderful people doing amazing things for the company, our clients and their careers. Hats off to them!
We are sorry if we laid you off but it was a crisis and there was no other option. No need to try and demotivate your ex colleagues with such negativity.
