100% on my audits. That's good. Keeping my roster up despite doing work of 2. That's good. Having trouble with new processes cause no instructions on how to do... that's bad. Enough to put me on a verbal warning after two weeks. Wow.... after six years.

How is your productivity? Are you exceeding expectations? What about your idle time? Did you ask for written instructions on the new process?
I agree with 1lrh on this one. No instruction on new processes? If you don't understand something ask for clarification and keep asking until you get it. Saying there's "no instruction " is a cop out. Come on now, take at least some of the responsibility for your own learning .
