Thread regarding Humana Inc. layoffs

100% on my audits.

100% on my audits. That's good. Keeping my roster up despite doing work of 2. That's good. Having trouble with new processes cause no instructions on how to do... that's bad. Enough to put me on a verbal warning after two weeks. Wow.... after six years.

I agree with 1lrh on this one. No instruction on new processes? If you don't understand something ask for clarification and keep asking until you get it. Saying there's "no instruction " is a cop out. Come on now, take at least some of the responsibility for your own learning .
