I remember when I was in the military and they were placed all the food service people that were making $60,000 a year with full military pensions and stuff like that with normal food service people and then everyone died it was awful.

where are you getting this info. Not true as far as I know.
Hope they are taking the lessons learned from the fire in Louisville AP6 several years ago where once security guards were outsourced the local fire departments became responsible for fire protection, but since GE refused to allow the fire marshals to visit they had no idea of what they needed to protect. Also, when the use of buildings over time changes the fire suppression systems must be upgraded. Over the last few years there have been quite a few fires at GE sites so that would be one of the bigger risks.
