I see all these articles that claim things are so much better and still improving at Nike, but I don't see it. Nothing has changed. We have same toxic atmosphere, same toxic people in management positions, same inequality and same harassment.
Where are all these changes they are talking about happening?
Nothing will improve until Nike gets rid of the toxic management, and bullies in ER hired to protect toxic management. There have been so many cases where ER and HR was approached because of a bullying manager, nothing improved, infact they will build a case against you to frame you. Shameful!
