CCBU VP has already made $$$ by trading BXB with Bangalore

These 1992 positions will be filled through acquisitions. No R&D work required in BU, only managers needed for maintaining excels.

There are 59 CCBU folks from BXB. Why can't you put them in one of the 1992 openings, instead of moving these openings to Bangalore.
Fake openings, those openings are for existing H1B holders inside Cisco to apply for GC.

Cisco always has a few thousand job openings.....but many are placeholders, or teams that can't decide what they want to hire and just hold onto the req until they use it to barter for something else. Otherwise, the jobs are there....if you are under 40 years of age.
fake jobs + which manager wants to hire folks fallen from grace by other managers + old dudes which no manager wants to have in his team + different skill sets + different geography.
