I’m curious why you are so oblivious to the fact that your coworkers are posting on this site and not “elves”. Do you really believe that people fired a a year ago actually care whether or not if we are in DSD or not. From most Keebler reps that I spoke with before they were fired, was that they hoped we stayed in DSD as long as possible just to stick right back at his previous employer. Make them realize leaving DSD was a mistake. Plus even if we were exiting DSD do you really think your dm would leak it to you and possibly lose his bonus?

Your dm is repeating exactly what he is being directed to say! Responses are scripted, all the way from the RMS to the RVP, “we are committed to dsd”. Who cares what we are committed to, not our decision. We didn’t decide to go CAO at WM or Kroger!!! Retailers are exiting dsd!!!!!

Don't take it personal cheerleader!! This DSD exit has been in Nabisco's plans since they converted to Mondelez. Time's are changing. DSD doesn't work in today's new pricing. Actually we quite enjoy toxic attitudes, speak for yourself! Good thing your co workers are like family, maybe you can all live together when you get canned!! Maybe you’ve never been crapped on but your about to, than you may feel differently!!
Please quit. We don’t want your toxic attitude at our company. Maybe you have a bad DM, but most of us do not. I consider most of the people I work with as family. You on the other look for the negative in everything.
