Keep the faith, I received 4 job offers this month and can say the market is looking for great nurses. Make the changes needed to have a fulfilling life and future. I start my new position early August and am really excited. Good Luck and remember there are so many opportunities out there, just take your sunglasses off.

I could not agree more.
I know. It’s horrible. I have no time or energy to look for a new job but need to make time. I thought it was bad before but it’s gotten 100 times worse each week The expectations are insane with the special-needs population these people are very very sick much sicker than HCCP we can’t just rush through them . they have so many issues and problems. no we can’t solve them overnight but these are serious issues were finding and they act like (oh you can just take more and more and more) starting to feel like my license is on the line. I am cutting corners or I would never get done.
