Companies say they want the best and brightest. That used to mean something. Now it just means young and works for cheap.
It might be true but Burlington does not seem to be one of the thriving support hub in the US.
Plus analyst-1 is the rock bottom of duties and pay scale. Unless you are just out of college you should pass.
