They don't want to hear the truth
Waste of time and money. Keeping one of the higher-ups employed.
Where is it located & when did it come out?
Is this different than the Voice survey I have completed 3 times since 2013. This company just doesn't get it. You dump on your employees by cutting all benefits and laying off 1/3 of the work force over 6 years and then they want to know what you think of leadership effectiveness. Take a guess.
