Doesn't sound very fixable to me. :)
I have seen both, Oracle screws itself by wrong leadership, lack of product marketing, Inherent PaaS message is missing in Oracle and Oracle losts lots of good people across ASIA, US and Europe. I am sur and confident it is fixable.
Was does everyone's cloud business seem to be soaring except Oracle's? No wonder why they want to hide their cloud growth numbers.
Never thought I would be rooting for microsoft.
